I’m really just trying to see if I’m alone in this but I got pretty far into the tapes I was loving it and for about 4 days flew through the steps going into that deep sleep but being fully awake I struggled a bit but got to a point where I had it down and I just ended up feeling a dark and cold presence and it felt like I couldn’t hold my protective bubble it was so strange and has kept me from pursuing going further
