B&M in-person interview — what should I expect?

I recently made it through the initial interview for a Staff Substation Engineer position and have been invited for an in-person second interview. It sounds like it'll be about an hour for the interview followed by about an hour lunch.

For anyone who has gone through the B&M interview process, particularly on the engineering side:

What should I expect from the in-person interview?

Is the second interview typically more technical than the first?

How much of it is technical questions vs. behavioral/culture/team fit?

Is the lunch generally just a casual lunch, or should I expect it to still be part of the interview?

Anything you wish you had prepared for going into the in-person round?

I'm not looking for confidential information or anything specific to a particular candidate/process — just trying to get a better idea of what the format and expectations are.

Thanks!
