Looking for dog-friendly beaches where our girl can dip her paws in the ocean. She is not doing very well and we would like to let her see the ocean while we are so close.

Any recommendations for somewhere that allows dogs on the beach during the day? (we have to be on the way home by early eve, this is a side quest from current trip).

We are in Kingston, NY right now.
