Muchas gracias.
I am an investor for the real estate market. I look for investment opportunities in the city: Apartments, commercial properties, etc.
I am looking for someone to join me in the opportunities searching stage of my work.
What you'll do: You'll browse maybe 2-4 hours a day for good investment opportunities, on the main portals.
For every good opportunity you find and I end up buying, you'll get a base rate we'll discuss + a percentage of the total purchase price.
Send me a message if interested, this is a long-term position.
You can expect to earn around U$400/mo for 4 hours of work a day. Can do it from a mobile phone.
