I have the opportunity to retain and would love to be a crew chief on an F-35. I just had a question about what determines your shred and what aircraft you will work. Like ik for pilots it's based on your performance that determines what aircraft you'll fly, is it kinda the same with crew chiefs? Like is your performance in tech school what determines the frame you'll be working? Would love some insight, thank you!!!
