My husband has been diagnosed with MASH/stage 1 fibrosis after a biopsy. He’s been told to lose 15 pounds by his liver NP. He’s been dealing with constant fatigue and today found his ferritin is almost 2000 (normal iron). He has already been tested for autoimmune diseases that could cause elevated lfts. Has anyone had extremely high ferritin with MASH and what was done about it? Our doctors don’t seem to be communicating well/dont seem as concerned as I think they should be. Thanks!
