Hi! I’m looking for recommendations for AI tools that are good for discussing brewing science. I used to have long conversations with ChatGPT about malt sensory profiles, hop character, style comparisons, tasting notes, and broader brewing-related concepts. Lately, though, it seems much more restrictive around alcohol-related topics, and most of what I get are incomplete answers or suggestions to focus only on non-alcoholic beverages.

Any recommendations?
