I’ve been paying $500 a month on my student loans which is $300 more than the minimum. Would it be a preferential payment if I stop making payments on all debts other than car loan, mortgage and student loans if I continue making the same $500 payment? Or should I just make minimum payment or stop making the student loan payments all together until after I file?
