I just finished the book Nuclear War: A Scenario. It said it's impossible to detect submarines. But MAD rests on the premise that we know which country attacks us and will retaliate. If submarines attack a country, let's assume it's the US, and the US can't find out the country of the submarines. How can MAD work? If MAD doesn't work in this scenario, what deters a country from using nuclear weapons?

Don't use Eden to play Pikmin 4!

I spent at least 30 hours on it and played to the last level of the last cave to fight Louie, but then the game got stuck on the loading screen. No matter what I do, closing and reopening the emulator, every time I load the save file, it gets stuck at the loading screen!

I try to move the save file to Ryujinx, but it cannot recognize it. Any way to move the save file to another emulator? I'm tired of starting the game from the start.
