F44 KDE - ThinkPad Carbon Gen 13 Lunar Lake - Can't update Lenovo System Firmware
Hello!
I have been using Fedora 44 KDE since the update (and previously 43 for some time). Love it so far. But there is still the "Lenovo System Firmware 0.1.0 -> 0.1.24" (further: LSF) update (32,3 MB) that just can not be updated.
BIOS allows user to update BIOS. Everything else updates normally. And when I check that LSF update, then the computer restarts, there is some small text (3840x2400 14 inch lmao) about starting the update, then the rest of updates come and nothing changes, and Discover still shows that LSF to be updated and it is still at 0.1.0.
The ThinkPad is connected to the 40B0 dock, so there is power, it sits at 40-80% battery range (so I doubt that is the thing preventing it from updating).
Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 turned off (got LUKS, is that enough? Do I keep SB and TPM with Fedora only on the SSD?).
Is there any way to install that update?
Thanks!
