I graduate in March & I’m starting to think about when I should actually start applying.

When did you start applying? A few months before graduation, closer to graduation, or after you passed boards? Also, did anyone get interviews or job offers while you were still in school?

Unfortunately, my current clinical site has a full team, so I don’t see a job opening up there any time soon. It’s also about 4 hours away from where I lived before starting clinicals & from my family and friends, so I’m hoping to move back closer to home after graduation anyway.

Just curious what everyone else did & when would be a good time to start looking!
