This question is more for my friend since they don’t really use Reddit and were complaining to me about this issue.

Basically: they’re running Google ads and actually works well for them but they’re always forgetting to follow up and aren’t managing their leads very well, so they’re losing a lot of money.

Any suggestions? Something low cost would be preferred since they’re semi-new and trying to keep costs low.
