I know you’re out there searching this sub to see if zyn is why you have gastro pain/diarrhea/bubble guts. Finally quit 9 days ago after years of switching between vape, zyn, lozenge back and forth. Have been on zyns/pouches the most in that period. Have been on nicotine in some form every day since like, 2005 (ugh).
Anyways! Day 9 and I’m shitting 95% normally. I can’t tell you how many times in the last two years I’ve been scared I’ve got something more serious going on. Also what’s gone! Waking up and spending the morning with a throat full of mucus.
I’ve gone back to smoking a few times and don’t remember the mucus or the shitting problems. I’m definitely not going back now, I’m done with this dumb drug, but I really do think the pouches are fucking up our guts.
