I am 20 (FTM on testosterone for like 7 months now) and I’m on Jencycla (birth control) and Zoloft.

Me and my boyfriend (20 M) were having sex and I was on top. I told him to choke me, which we have done before and I never felt light headed or passed out. This time, I didn’t feel strange either, but I can remember feeling like I was dreaming for a second before regaining consciousness. I asked if I passed out after like a few seconds of maybe being confused. He said my eyes rolled back and made some weird breathing noises I think and he took his hands off. He said I was unconscious for 5 seconds.

I feel normal now but I want to know if I need to go to a doctor or if I should do anything.
