Hello, I have been approved for a skilled worker visa through my main job and have also been a Pilates instructor on the side but want to make sure i can still legally teach. I am struggling to find the answer to if i can be a self-employed contractor while on the skilled worker visa?
Hello all, I have just been approved for a skilled worker visa for my primary job, but am also a certified pilates instructor and want to teach in addition to make some extra money. Ive read that since July 2025 it no longer counts at approved supplementary work as it falls under "medium-skilled" versus the approved "highly-skilled". Curious if anyone has done both and or can suggest a way to be able to teach on the side? I have thought about setting up an LLC etc. but unsure. Thanks!
