I am not that good with reading a resonators abilities and fully understanding what he does and why he is better than X for situation Y.

Thats why i need your help, i get that verina and shorekeeper are both buffing healer but whats the differences? Who does what exactly and is good for what?

I currently have a decently build verina in my team.

I would like to put the shorekeeper into my team bc...she is the shorekeeper (do i need to explain more? XD) but the healer in my team should put out really good heals to safe my ass if i fuck up in battle.

I need help with Garen. I tried almost every build i saw and could think of but against pretty much all champs i dont do enough damage and are not tanky enough.

Maybe my playstyle with him is also wrong, at this point i might be the most useless Garen out there.

I would appreciate any help and info on items, runes, playstyle, anything. And also if something is good or bad, a reason why it is good or bad would also be much appreciated.
