Hi guys I just want to share my experience since I know marami sa atin naghahanap ng dorm na affordable and fairly near pa rin sa UST, i wanted to post for it. Bale 2 separate days ako naghanap and all I can say is that you will barely be able to find affordable AND comfortable dorms around UST mismo since prime location talaga siya for UBELT peeps, mapapalayo ka talaga onti (if that works for you).

Mostly nakahanap ako sa mga streets ng lacson side and some sa P.nov, as well as dapitan side across laong-laan. Try niyo ron maghanap hanap and if need niyo help i have contact numbers of some of the dorms/apartments na what i think is affordable na, dm lang.
