Been eating the same post workout meal for 4 months now

I have a massive appetite for a female, especially my size (5"2, 50kg). I do a lot of cardio (cycling, walking, swimming) and I strength train for 90 minutes 4x a week. This meal is consistently one of the only meals that keeps me relatively satiated which has always been a bit of a struggle for me. Before finding this recipe, I would literally eat half the kitchen pantry right after working out. This is also mad easy because even I can make it and I am terrible at cooking.

Ingredients

- 3-6 eggs (depending on hunger)

- 200-400g of sweet potato

- Whatever vegetables in the house (onions, tomatoes, carrots peppers work really nicely in this recipe).

- 4g of oil

This meal usually comes out to 500-700 kcal. Although when I am cutting, I replace the sweet potato with pumpkin and more vegetables so then it becomes 300-400 kcal. It gives me about 25-45g of protein (depending on the amount of eggs I fry) which is slightly on the lower side for a meal this massive. However the main thing that keeps me full is the sweet potato because of the fibre content (10-12g) and sheer volume of food.
