Thinking about split dosing

I’ve been pretty consistent with my tirzepatide routine and overall things are still working. Hunger feels controlled, food noise is still low, and I’ve stayed on a steady progression.

Lately though I’ve been wondering about split dosing.

Not because appetite control disappeared, but more because I’ve noticed a slight increase in side effects and progress has slowed down a bit. I’ve seen people mention splitting doses to smooth things out and now I’m curious.

For anyone who’s tried it, did it help with side effects or make appetite feel more consistent through the week? I’m also wondering if it affected energy levels or fatigue at all. And honestly, was doing an extra injection worth it?

Part of me wonders if more even coverage would feel better. Another part of me wonders if I’m overcomplicating something that’s already working.

Would love to hear real experiences.

3 months enough to see results?

I was able to lose some weight on my own before, but life got hectic and my routines completely fell apart for a while.

Recently decided to finally try semaglutide and committed to about 3 months to start.

I know this isn’t supposed to be instant, but I’m curious what people realistically noticed in that timeframe. Not expecting perfection, just trying to understand whether 3 months is enough to see meaningful progress or if this is more of a longer-term commitment before things really settle in.

For those further along:

  • when did you start noticing real changes
  • did progress pick up over time
  • and did the first few months feel more like adjustment than results

Would appreciate hearing real experiences.
