Hi everyone, I’m doing a short survey about trust, transparency, communication, and service quality in property management for my coursework, and I’d really appreciate your help.
It’s for:
- people who own property
- people who have used property management services before
- people who would consider using them in the future
I’m exploring questions like:
- do people trust companies more when there’s a real human element rather than mostly AI communication?
- are people willing to pay more for attentive, high-quality service?
- does transparency in property-related spending increase trust?
The survey is short and anonymous, and I’m genuinely trying to understand how people think and what matters most to them when choosing a property management company.
If you have 5 minutes, I’d be very grateful if you could fill it in:

Thank you so much for your time and if you have personal experiences with property management, good or bad, I’d also love to hear them in the comments.
Have a great day :)
