So this pictures are roughly one year apart , I was not consistent in this time frame as I went out of city for a cousins marriage so that was about a 3 week break and about a month break in between for the exams.

I have only recently purchased pvc dumbbells like 3 months ago , before that used I used a resistance tube which was not that resistant and a school bag filled with book 🤧.

I know this journey has only started and I have a very long road ahead, hopefully I will be able to continue my journey and make progress .

Currently I am following a push pull leg split made by chatgpt

PUSH PULL LEGS WORKOUT PLAN Day 1 & Day 4 — PULL (Back, Biceps, Forearms)

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows 3 sets × 20 reps Bicep Curls 3 sets × 15 reps Hammer Curls 3 sets × 15–20 reps

Day 2 & Day 5 — PUSH (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) Dumbbell Chest Press / Floor Press 2 sets × 12–15 reps Shoulder Press 3 sets × 10–15 reps Overhead Triceps Extension 3 sets × 10–15 reps Triceps Pulldown (Resistance Band) 3 sets × 15 reps Paused Dumbbell Shrugs (Traps) 3 sets × 15–20 reps Boxing Practice (Finisher) 7-10 reps upper cuts with 10kg dumbbell

Day 3 & Day 6 — LEGS (Quads, Hamstrings, Calves) Bulgarian Split Squats 3 sets × 10–12 reps per leg Heel Elevated Squats 3 sets × 15 reps Deficit Single Leg Calf Raises 3 sets × 15–20 reps per leg
