Lab work
Should I be seeking out lab work to determine the right mix of HRT? I understand that blood draws only tell you the info in the specific moment in time and hormones change constantly, so it’s usually not necessary. I’m being served targeted ads about testing for estrogen dominance and testosterone levels to see if there’s something else going on w symptoms we have as women of a certain age. I’ve been on HRT for about a year and it feels like my starter doses aren’t working anymore. I’m tempted to pay the Thrive Method trainers to do these tests but idk if I’m just thinking wishfully. Thoughts?
