Need Help: Shampoo/Coniditioner Issues

I believe I have finally found the right community that may point me in the right direction. I have a complex issue regarding my hair and desperately need some help.
I have had color treated hair since I was 13, now 24. Not highlights, full vibrant colors, all shades of the rainbow. My hair is healthy. I keep it a short length. It grows quickly, and damage is minimal. It's always shiny, and I get frequent haircuts. No recommendations from my hair stylist have helped.
My issue is that I can not find a shampoo and conditioner that doesn't either:
- strip color fast (sulfates, I use semi permanent dye)
- Inflames psoriasis/flaky scalp
- weighs down my hair
- make my hair oily
- break the bank
I have very oily, fine, stick straight hair with little volume. It gets oily very quickly. I am aware that lightening hair is not great for my scalp, but this is genetic. My hair only receives 10 minutes of 10 developer every 3-4 months. My mother and paternal grandmother have identical oily and find hair as me. Hair loss is also an issue on both paternal and maternal lines, so health is always my priority.
I love my hair, but I just cannot find the right match with the price.
Any recommendations?
