Your patient is a teenager who requests confidential care (eg, STI dx & tx) but is not able to pay for provided services. However, the patient’s parents refuse to pay unless they know what they are paying for. Obviously, you have no right to break your patient’s confidentiality. You also can’t force the parents to pay. So… what are your options?

P.S. This hypothetical situation takes place in the US, not in Germany or some other country where such a situation would seem dystopian.

Female, 5’3, 120 pounds, a beginner. I want to get fit without losing weight. I decided to try protein powder because there are days when I struggle to meet my daily protein requirements. Problem is, I have zero experience with protein powders, and there’s so much conflicting information on the Internet. I was thinking about trying Transparent Labs Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate. Does anyone here have an experience with this product? Also, if you have any other suggestions, please share.

Whoever recommended this movie on my post about Pyewacket, THANK YOU!!! It’s a bit similar to Smile and the ending is predictable but I loved it anyway. It fact, I loved it so much that I watched it again on the next day. Now I’m looking for movies that have genuinely unsettling scenes of nightmares or scenes where the character can’t distinguish reality from a nightmare.

P.S. As a non-native English speaker, I always thought that the word was “harbringer”, lol. Like someone who “brings” a warning.

I’m kind of obsessed with this movie. I’ve watched it many times and even bought it on YouTube. It’s basically my comfort horror at this point.

I love the slow burn, the acting, and the overall atmosphere. And those two scenes from Pyewacket’s POV? Goosebumps every time. I’m also really into the idea of a demon that messes with its summoner’s mind and manipulates them into doing the thing they summoned it for.

If anyone knows horror movies with a similar vibe—slow, creepy, psychological, maybe with that same kind of manipulative supernatural presence—I’d love to hear your recommendations!
