Last night, my 1 year old female dachshund (not spayed) was with me at my aunts place. I took her to the bathroom with me; she suddenly squats to pee (which she usually doesn’t do indoors at all anymore) and this comes out ?? I obviously panicked and rushed to the nearest ER Vet. We couldn’t rule it out fully and don’t know what’s wrong. Potential UTI? (But was told thats too much blood for a UTI usually) Potential trauma? Potential kidney issue? She since the initial pee, peed once more outside the ER (also same color but small quantity) then after we got home it was more diluted, and then more and more diluted but one of her recent potty’s (day after the initial situation) there was a small clot as well. Anyone know what this could really be? She is acting normal and had an ultrasound which showed no apparent issues.
