I’m looking at buying a townhouse in Ottawa and trying to figure out what I should be paying attention to.
For anyone who bought one recently, what areas would you recommend? Are townhomes a good move right now, or would you look at something else?
I’m also looking for a realtor who knows the area and can point out red flags, not only send listings. Any advice or recommendations?
Anyone here used a realtor for a divorce or separation sale? who'd you go with? trying to figure out who in Ottawa actually handles divorce sales regularly, and not just realtors who'll take any listing
For some context, separation is mostly finalized and we both want to sell the house, but communication between us is rough right now. So I need someone who can act as a buffer and keep things professional, that way every small decision doesn't turn into a fight
I already had one realtor recommended through a friend, but it felt too close to home (he knows both of us socially), so I'm looking for someone more neutral this time around
