I started these purple basils from seed about 2 months ago and they are still quite small, is that normal? I planted them on the 1st of March, they needed about 10 days to germinate and they seem a bit stunted, will they grow? They get plenty of sun, its not too cold (20-22c), should I give them a feed or put them outside maybe?
