I'm pretty sure I didn't dream it!
When I was extremely young, like pre kindergarten, we had this book that described a nightmare and then how to change it to make it not scary, like "if you dream you're being chased by a giant, dream that his shoelaces are tied together and he'll fall down".
This would have been late 80s, maybe early 90s (yes, I'm old). I've got my own baby now and I think this probably helped me start lucid dreaming early, so I'd like to find something like that and slip it into the book rotation.
