Low Back muscles tight and sore after walking/standing

I am 4 wk po and went for a walk yesterday 1.4km about 20min. Afterwards my lower back/left and right top of my glutes were very tight feeling and overall achy. I laid down on a heat pack which helped and then this morning i felt better.

Then today I had to go to an appointment and was standing for about 25 minutes and had the same lower back feeling after.

im assuming its my low back and glutes compensating for my weak core.

Anyone else go through this? Tips and tricks to fix it?

I recently had a laproscopic hysterectomy uterus, cervix and tubes gone. My surgeon said that she wouldnt be doing a uterosacral ligament suspension for my procedure because my pelvic floor is strong and I only had a stage 1 bladder prolapse so its not necessary. She had said the largest risk of prolapse is vaginal births (I had csections) and having a moderate prolapse prior to surgery.

Looking for feedback for those who did not have a ligament suspension during their hysterectomy and how youre doing long term? Any prolapse?

Thanks!
