There was a song that I think I first heard on our local college radio, Album 88, that had “my baby doll” in the lyrics. This would be in the late 80s, kind of an indie song. My daughter, who was 2 or 3 at the time, would argue with the song and every time would say defiantly “MY baby doll”. She now had a 2 year old daughter of her own and is really like to find that song for them. Sorry I don’t have more clues. Thanks!
