rof bug got worse and most of us probably never noticed it
remember when the rof bug only increased firerate by around 0.008 to 0.017?
now, it increases the firerate by 0.017 to 0.032.
closer to what it used to be before entity, which was between 0.03 to 0.05.
ranger is rof bug father once again
