1st line of bipolar in general are lithium and valproate
2nd line is quetiapine and lamotrigine.
But in questions, lithium is not the answer mostly as it takes time to reach therapeutic levels and amboss gives the answer as antipsychotics. Can someone clarify?

How long does it take for USMLE/NBME to get back to their normal result delivery time of 2-4 weeks post the implementation of new software? If I appear in the last week of July, will it risk the on time result delivery?
