Hey all.
I'm wondering if others had the same problem and how they overcome it. I weigh about 250lb so I thought I'd make some progress before stalling, but I've had absolutely zero progress. I've 16/8 fasted for a month now and during fasts I only consume water, plain tea or plain coffee. No sugar or milk added. I start my fast 7pm and end it 11am. I don't eat super healthy, so I consume a satrchy food such as potatoes and rice with processed meat. But I guess I need to combine 16/8 with special diet to succeed.
I'm just baffled. I guess most have progress without adjusting their eating habits, but I have none. Has anyone else been in the same situation?
