In my 500+ grab rides, I have never experienced a vile driver. He couldn’t find me and when I found him, he ordered me to “HURRY UP” despite ending up at the wrong location. Due to my tan, he commented that I must be a “Myanmar” refugee, swore at me repeatedly and once I got off, he screamed at me to the point of strangers rushing over to me to check if I was okay, commenting that what he said was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I do not know what was said as it was in Thai.

This has all been reported to Grab who have only given him a warning. Had this been any other company, he would be fired on the spot. A vile creature
