Randy's is so stupid it isn't funny

I'm on S04E14 - Mr. Monk and the Astronaut

I like the series, even though there are many others significantly better.

I can't get over how mentally disabled they made Randy; there are no redeeming qualities about him, he's just there as a (failed) comic relief; it completely ruins the suspension of disbelief.

Sorry for hate posting once again

Niecy Nash

S03E06 - Mr. Monk and the Girl Who Cried Wolf

I'm gonna start by saying sorry for hate posting.

Having said that:
This was a pretty cool episode, with a smart storyline - even though easy enough to guess from the start what direction is going.

Too bad it is completely ruined by an actress - that plays her part well, in every show she appears - that only has one register: annoying person. I really can't stand any time she's on screen, in any tv show i have ever seen her.

On a positive note: I just checked IMDB and this is the only episode she is in

Mr. Monk Gets Married

S02E15 where Adrian and Sharona pretend to be married so they can go on a couples retreat to investigate the guy that married Randy's mother.

My question is:
What's Dalton Padron (the murderer)'s purpose to marry Randy's mother? It doesn't make sense, at least her specifically her.

Or am i missing something?

Mr. Monk goes to the Asylum

This is episode 5 of the first season.
I just watched it (pretty sure) for the first time.

All throughout the episode i had this strange deja vu where i think i have seen a very similar plot (Asylum, Santa Clause) in some other detective / procedural tv series.

Am I right? or have i maybe watched this episode somehow years ago?

Much appreciated
