So this is a question for you older gearheads out there. I own a 2014 Ninja 650, done about 60k on it in 12 years and its working in absolutely beautiful condition. Accident free and havent had to change any major parts except regular maintenance.

Having issues with the bike since the E20 shift though. The bike is bharat 4, and I've been getting issues mostly with the throttle - reduced acceleration, occasional coughing and gumming up of the injectors, My regular mechanic in Mumbai suggests I drop a sachet of 2T oil once every two tanks, but this is a four stroke bike, and I fear it'll harm it in the long term. Should I switch to an additive, and if so, any suggestions?
