So I got my shipping confirmation about a week ago . First issue was it was saying a 4-5 weeks from purchase date . Which is fine but I’ll be on Vacation for most of the allocated 14 day estimated shipping time given . After reaching out to my “shipping expert” zero response after 4 days emailed them directly for answers to which the same “expert” responded with the same cookie cutter copy paste email .
SMH not great experience so far
