Looking for an engineering student to build a real-time captioning glasses prototype (AR / AI project)
Hey, I’m a student working on a concept for real-time captioning glasses that display live speech-to-text captions directly in the lenses for conversations (focused on accessibility and language support).
I’m looking for a CS / engineering student or hobbyist who might want to collaborate on a simple prototype version of this as a portfolio project.
To be clear, I’m not trying to build a full commercial product right away—just a basic MVP for the glasses concept, such as:
live speech-to-text captions shown in an AR-style display (mocked or simulated is fine)
low latency real-time transcription
testing accuracy with different accents and environments
You’d get:
