Need help with Bank Personal Loan (BPI, Agents, etc.)

Hi everyone, (31M) here.

Medyo long post, please bear with me. For context, here's my current situation:

  1. As of now, ito mga major loans ko from Digital Banks / Online Lending Apps (OLAs), I won't mention the sketchy OLA's I borrowed from kase I doubt most of them are even legal or probably shut down na. Uninstalled those apps na din:
    • GLoan: 18,074.35
    • GGives: 17,256.48
    • SPayLater: 4623.73
    • Maya Credit: 14,863.55
    • BillEase: 9443.22
    • Tala: 6510 (from 2025 email , no access sa app dahil overdue na, waiting sa collections agency to verify exact amount)
    • Personal (x4 people):
      • 9,000
      • 9,000
      • 25,000
      • 25,000
    • Total: 138,771.33 Php and growing (due to penalties)
  2. No CC. Never applied or inofferan ng CC.
  3. Gross monthly income: 50k, BPO (Admin Assistant), Remote, AU Client, 3 months
  4. Dependents (5):
    • Pregnant wife (live-in partner, technically married to someone else but already separated, unemployed).
    • 7 months unplanned baby
    • 3 yr old stepdaughter
    • 7 yr old stepdaughter
    • 60+ yr old mother (unemployed and unsupported financially for 2 years na and counting kase kulang talaga income, it's heartbreaking.)
  5. Aware ako na mababa na credit score ko due to unpaid loans this past couple of years.
    • CIBI: 590 Urgently Critical (May 11, 2025 last update)
    • TransUnion: Mas reliable and I know eto gamit ng banks. Hindi ko pa alam kase hindi ko pa afford magbayad ng malaki (610) just to know my score. I'd rather use my income to put food in the table for my family.
  6. Tried Bank Personal Loans: Not many yet. But I know na you need to either have CC or have good history with the bank. For now BPI palang - Kaka-apply ko lang today via website, waiting callback pagdating ng business days. This is the bank I've had the longest history with so I'm hoping better chances ko dito.
  7. Personal Loan reason: Debt consolidation + Education (tuition fees for 2 kids). I just want to have one loan to manage and worry about.

With so many to support and provide for, plus unexpected expenses, sobrang hirap ako bayaran mga loans ko. I sincerely want to pay all of these, it was never my intention to run from these loans pero dahil unexpected events sa life happens, hindi ko talaga kaya for now. Kung single ako, kakayanin, pero right now I'm just drowning in debt. Since I'm not technically married, I'm thinking it will help my chances if the bank isn't aware of any dependents? What do you guys think?

I'm planning to get a second job eventually to increase my income kase my wife has to focus on healing and taking care of the soon to be born baby. Pero hindi madali makahanap ng trabaho sa panahon ngayon na fit sa compensation/setup/schedule so this will take time din.

With these factors in mind, I need help which bank is actually willing to lend money with someone that has no CC and bad credit score.

May mga nababasa din ako na agents that have helped other people with similar situations. Usually for SB or CTBC? I'm not sure about their legitimacy, but if someone can vouch for them and refer me, maybe they can help a struggling breadwinner out.

Salamat!
