Our project is the official jobs portal for Bano Qabil, a non-profit in Pakistan that provides free technology education to thousands of underprivileged students. The portal helps them find employment after completing free training.
The project was suspended around April 20, 2026 with the standard "hijacked resources" wording. Our investigation strongly suggests credentials may have been compromised through Vercel's recently disclosed security incident — we had a test deployment on Vercel with Google API keys in env variables, and Vercel has officially notified us of the incident.
I have:
- Submitted a detailed appeal with full root-cause analysis and remediation evidence
- Sent a follow-up after 4 days
- Sent another update with the Vercel breach context and project URL
- Heard nothing back from Trust & Safety
Total billing for the entire month before suspension was under $5 — there was no credit-burn attack, the abuse signal was outbound traffic from compromised credentials.
Students are completely locked out. Is there any way to get a Trust & Safety reviewer to look at the appeal? Happy to provide read-only GitHub access for code verification.
