Want to know the difference between vac and normal does the normal indicate consular slots, I got ofc appointment twice today but it got cancelled cuz I couldn't book consular slots I wanna die

GUYS PLEASE HELP I NEED TO BOOK f1 VISA QUICK BUT THIS SITE IS NOT FLIPPING WORKING, once i chose date for ofc appointment but then the consular appointment page was blank and thne it just kicked me out now the site isnt even loading, is it like this for you guys or is it only for me 😢😭😭😭
