When i launch the game, the settings always reset

When i try to click on join lobby or create lobby, the game asks me to accept EULA's policy even though i already accepted without even closing the game

When i try browse for lobbies, its shows only like 2 lobbies or 3

And when my friends send invitations to me via steam, the game says that there is a crossplay problem even though we are all on steam
