What if the US and Israel were officially one country, and they had presidential elections between Netanyahu and Trump? Who would win and why?

Let's imagine that the US and Israel have merged together into one country a long time ago, but Israel maintained its special status, compulsory military service and other stuff. The Palestinian conflict is still unsolved.

Both Trump and Netanyahu have almost the same life experience: while Trump has been gaining social status through business and social connections in America, Netanyahu has gotten a public respect for being one of the best soldiers in Israeli Matkal special forces, gaining a title near to a military legend, and later moved to America where he became a business consultant under the pseudonym Ben Nitay.

In 1992, instead of Bill Clinton and George Bush, Ben Nitay (Democrat party) and Donald Trump (Republican party) have run for president. What would their political agenda be? How would the public react to an openly Jewish politician? What would their views on solving the Palestinian conflict be? And how drastically would the world have changed if whether Trump or Nitay were elected?
