Psa issue with artesian elite
Thought id share my experience. Oof I have an artesian pelican bay that we ordered during the fun delays and production delays of covid times. Went to de winterize this year and noticed more water on the patio than usual (: I had always assumed during the filter cycles the top jets and condensation caused some minor leakage but nothing grave.
Well this year I lost like 6 inches of water in a week. Called my service provider offenbacher and thankfully it was still under warranty. They came out and changed some of the cracked leds (apparently its a known issue).
The Issue of water rapidly leaking still persisted though so I called them out again and they've been great but when they drained and inspected it turns out that like 23 of the heads housing was cracked and now they have been trying to deal with artesian for the last two weeks with no official response yet. Again shout out to my service provider and they went through 7 people of no response at artesian until they started to have communication towards the end of this week. Let's see how this goes but for this price point its pretty sad.
Also psa I guess don't ignore minor condensation around the hot tub since its not normal if you have a good cover.
