Looking for advice on my new to me pool/spa that I inherited when I bought my house in Southern California last year. From what I see, the tile around the spa and pool needs some work. It has a lot of scale and some of the grout is missing. It looks like someone tried repairing some of the tile and didn’t do a very good job at it. I’d also love to upgrade some of the control equipment to be able to control it remotely from my phone. Lastly, I want to upgrade the lights with newer LED lights. I don’t really have a budget at the moment as I’m not even sure where to begin with a project like this, but any tips a pointers would be very much appreciated.
