Reapplying a year after file closed

Hey everyone, I'm a bit unsure of the process going forward and could use some guidance. I was on ODSP in 2024-2025, but also under a lot of pressure from my parents to pay them back what they had loaned me while I was figuring things out (moving home wasn't an option). I took a job where I'm now getting fulltime hours but it's killing me. Because my income became consistent, I lost income support. I struggle a lot with memory and completing tasks, and my job is overwhelming, so once I lost income support, I forgot to keep up with reporting my income. My file was closed in August 2025 and I lost all benefits.

I've been trying to find a way to leave this job but I can't. It's physically and mentally brutal (it's not just me, this job is known to be rough and has a high turnover). My parents were supporting me financially before I was on ODSP, but I don't have a relationship with them anymore. If there wasn't so much pressure from them to find fulltime work ASAP and pay them back, I would have quit this job while I still had coverage and spent that energy finding a more sustainable, part time job instead. But here we are.

I'm not sure what to expect now that I've reapplied? Do I go through the whole medical package again? I did send in all my paystubs so those are in. Will they deny me because I'm working a lot right now? Or will I be penalized at all for quitting my job if I get reinstated? I can't keep doing this and I don't know what else to do.

Thank you
