A lot has changed in a year!
Currently on a girls holiday (annual get together with old uni friends) and it hit me - on last year's trip I was a large size 18. This evening I've just put on a size 14 dress to go out for dinner!
I was feeling a bit disheartened and self conscious because my journey has been slow and steady, and none of my friends have commented on my weight loss, even though I'm halfway to my target (although I do understand that it's not really a socially acceptable thing to comment on women's bodies in many ways, and I get why they wouldn't). So I'm hoping I can share here and that you will all understand how much this means to me.
Off out for Greek food now - so glad I'm obsessed with salads and dips now!
