Why are more businesses outsourcing employees in 2026?

I feel like outsourcing gets a bad reputation sometimes because people think it’s only about “cheap labor,” but honestly, a lot of businesses outsource because they simply can’t do everything alone.

A small business owner can’t be the CEO, customer support, marketing, admin, sales, and tech person all at once 😅

For business owners here:

What was the first role you outsourced (or wish you outsourced sooner)?

Did it actually help your business, or was it a headache?

And for remote/outsourced employees:

What’s one thing you wish companies understood better about working with outsourced teams?

Curious to hear real experiences, good or bad.
