*FIRST PHOTO IS APPLE’s EARPHONES WHILE THE SECOND IS THE THIRD PARTY EXTENSION.*

So a couple days back, I bought earphones from Apple so that I could listen to music properly instead of using third party extensions to listen to music.

Okay, so the problem is, whenever I connect my earphones to my iPhone X, it goes undetected, but when I connect a third party extension for playing music, it detects that properly.

Yes the earphones work, I tested them on my friend’s iPhone 14 pro.
I think it may be a driver issue…. I’m not sure..

I wanted to contact Apple about it, but I don’t know how, even after searching it up online…..
