I’ve been reading that some of you claim 20 hours for one day of sick time leave is that even OK there won’t be no consequences? What if you normally just clock in 12 hours ? How are you putting 20?

Hi this is my first time submitting IHSS sick hours do I have to wait until emperors is over the 15th? Or can I do them now ? And how does this work?
